Some more thoughts,

1. Osez!! (lit. dare!)
2. Always try and look at things from a different point of view.
3. Need to take the bull by the horns and be a little more confident in lab.
4. Gelatine doesn't melt in cold things ;)
5. Molten nougatine is bloody hot!
6. Learning pastry vs. corporate lending? Still no contest!!
