This is a local noodle bar specialising in Hunanese "mai seen", literally rice threads, kinda very similar to rice vermicelli. Quick and cheap place to go for a filling lunch - I went for a mixture of stuff which included lots of various veg and beancurd sheet, Ma Chan plumped for the ribs and turnip combo with extra fish balls! :)
