Sustenance during stage



Whilst working evening shift, I would pop down to the Hunanese noodle place nearby to pick up a bowl of steaming vermicelli and other goodies as "brunch" - breakfast of champions! :)




As a hotel employee, this also meant access to the staff canteen which was pretty good (see above) - I've also been told its one of the best canteens in HK. Usually, there is choice of rice/noodles, veg, Chinese dish, Western dish, soup, salad......oh, and free fizzy drinks - extra energy and all! :)
